On Tuesday, Reception went on their first school trip to the Sea Life Discovery Centre in Southend.

We spent time on the beach looking for shells, spotted a pirate ship in the distant sea and sang songs accompanied by Miss Lowery’s ukulele.

We saw amazing sea creatures, dinosaurs, mini-beasts and other animals and learned so many new facts.
