This term Year 2 carried out Science investigations. This term we have been learning about the uses of everyday materials. We investigated the properties of balloons and how we could use that knowledge to deflate a balloon with a skewer without making a bang, which would frighten Discovery Dog. 

We also investigated what substances would dissolve the ice cubes the fastest and what shape foil boat could hold the most bricks. As well as, tested which shape towers were the strongest and which materials would make the best tent for Hansel and Gretel.
