Some of our Year 2 children were lucky enough to visit Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre to play a hockey tournament on the Olympic pitch. The trip was fully funded by our Sports Premium budget. We had full use of the facilities, including the changing rooms used by the England men's and women's hockey squads! We even had a go, at the children's request, at playing on the entire pitch - which proved a bit big (for now)! Everyone represented the school beautifully and we are really proud of their hockey skills. As you can see, by the end of the day we were all a little tired!
